Role Overview
As an RN- Occ Health Cont, you will maintain an autonomous nursing practice focused on occupational health within a safe and healthy work environment. You will support employees by addressing their health needs, ensuring compliance with state nursing standards, and contributing to a culture of wellness. Your role is critical in safeguarding the health and productivity of our workforce.

- Promote, protect, and restore employees' health using AAOHN domains of occupational health nursing.
- Provide nursing care within the context of a safe and healthy manufacturing and non-manufacturing environment.
- Adhere to the nursing practice standards of the State of Michigan.
- Utilize sound independent nursing judgment to address complex health issues.
- Collaborate effectively with others to ensure high-quality occupational healthcare services.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication of employee health status and interventions.

What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- RN diploma/degree from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN license in the State of Michigan.
- Current BCLS certification.
- 12 months of accumulated nursing experience within the last 5 years, or completion of 1200 verified hours of employment within the last 12 months as a new graduate.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Experience in occupational healthcare.
