As a PCB Design Engineer, you will be responsible for translating complex electrical concepts into robust, manufacturable printed circuit board solutions that meet stringent performance and reliability standards. Youโll collaborate closely with crossโfunctional teams to define schematic requirements, optimize component placement, and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory specifications. Your role will involve selecting appropriate board materials, tackling impedance control, and addressing thermal and mechanical constraints to deliver highโquality, productionโready designs. โข Develop and validate PCB schematics and layouts for mixedโsignal and digital subsystems.

โข Create and maintain design rule checks (DRC) and layout verification reports for manufacturability.
โข Interface with manufacturing and assembly teams to resolve boardโlevel issues and optimize production yield.
โข Integrate communication protocols such as Ethernet, SPI, UART, and IยฒC into board design architecture.
โข Conduct thermal analysis and design PCB mounting strategies for highโcurrent devices.
โข Produce detailed documentation, including BOMs, assembly instructions, and test procedures.
โข Iterate designs based on prototype testing and feedback from QA and field teams.

โข Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or related field.

โข Proficiency in industryโstandard CAD tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad or Cadence OrCAD.
โข Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI principles.
โข Experience with RF or highโspeed communication circuits and corresponding design constraints.
โข Ability to translate complex specifications into practical, manufacturable PCB solutions.
โข Excellent problemโsolving skills and a collaborative, teamโorientated mindset.
โข Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT) best practices.
