โข 12+ years of experience in program and project management, preferably within HR technology or enterprise IT environments.
โข Proven track record of delivering large-scale HRIS, payroll, and time & attendance transformations successfully.
โข Strong knowledge of HR processes, workforce management, and compliance standards.
โข PMP or equivalent certification, with formal training in agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
โข Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
โข Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, vendor contracts, and vendor performance.
โข Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
โข Experience with enterprise systems integration, APIs, and middleware platforms.
