What You Can Expect This internship provides hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and the opportunity to contribute to the next generation of products. Interns will work closely with engineering and production teams and spend significant time on the manufacturing floor. Support the planning, coordination, purchase, and movement of materials. Assist with purchase orders. Communicate with suppliers about pricing and delivery dates. Help identify cost savings and reliable suppliers. Assist with purchasing and supplier communication. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. What We’re Looking For Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at a four year college or university in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field. Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing at the time of the internship. Minimum 3.0 GPA. Interest in manufacturing and hands-on engineering work. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively with engineering, production, maintenance, and quality teams. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and spending time on the production floor. Strong communication and organizational skills. Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative. What You’ll Gain Experience with process improvement and problem solving.
