As a Personal Care Worker, you will assist residents with daily activities, foster meaningful relationships, organize social activities, support meal service, and maintain a clean, safe environment. Compensation: $19.50 to $24.50 /hour (depending on related experience and QMAP certification), plus night shift differentials Schedule: 12 hour Day shifts (7am-7:30pm), rotating schedules. Weekends are required. How you will make an impact Provide physical assistance with activities of daily living Promote psychosocial well-being through meaningful relationships Plan and facilitate social activities for the neighborhood residents Assist with menu/snack selection and partners with the Service Associate in serving to ensure adequate nutritional intake of all residents and provide in-room dining experiences where requested Assure the resident’s room and neighborhood are kept tidy to minimize environmental hazards which may impact environmental safety What you will need Minimum of 1 year experience as a Caregiver preferred QMAP Certification is highly preferred Must have availability on weekends and weekdays, open availability preferred Must be able to attend a daytime Monday to Thursday orientation Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
