About the Role A ForMotion Certified Prosthetist Orthotist 2 is a clinician that operates with increasing independence, manages moderate-complexity cases, and begins contributing to team mentorship and operational initiatives. What You’ll Do Independently conduct comprehensive patient evaluations Lead treatment planning for moderate-complexity cases Collaborate with fabrication team on custom designs Execute precise fittings and iterative adjustments Document clinical activity accurately in Nymbl. Provide detailed patient education on device use Maintain rigorous documentation practices Support peers with clinical insight and training Engage in referral development and local outreach Competency Areas: Advanced clinical decision-making Interdisciplinary collaboration Time management Fabrication planning oversight Peer mentorship Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Patient satisfaction score above 90% 90% of clinical documentation is completed within 48hrs. Auth Complete to Delivery average: 21* Supervision: Works independently but reports progress and challenges to manager Informally guides less experienced colleagues Work Environment This role is based in a professional clinical office setting. Regular use of standard office equipment and O&P lab tools (e.g., grinders, ovens, routers, hand/power tools).
