troubleshooter 2.

ENGINEERING
Elke dag is anders. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. In this role, you implement improvements that help us continue to deliver our products safely to our customers. Your work contributes to preventing complaints and product rejections. Your role You support engineers in maintaining the required quality level of our products and handling escalations. You are the first point of contact for assemblers and testers experiencing technical problems. You perform an initial analysis and determine whether you can resolve the issue yourself or need to escalate it. You support the building, mechanical modification and testing of new products or systems, and analyse deviations from product or system requirements and regulations within New Product Introduction (NPI). At ME’s request, you support RFLD projects and the building of prototypes. You support process validation, tool validation and tool coordination. When your own workload allows, you also support production. You check whether documentation can be followed in practice and consult Engineering about errors and unclear instructions. You carefully follow up on changes to hardware, software, protocols and procedures, quickly familiarise yourself with them and communicate them to others. To prevent quality-related issues, you propose improvements for identified bottlenecks to your Team Lead and Sustaining Engineers. You attend the daily Material Review Board, where you discuss analyses with engineers. You also handle the associated administration. Alongside your regular responsibilities, you contribute to additional activities, including tooling, 6S audits, LEAN and Kaizen. During NPI, you work with Engineering to help establish requirements for new product types. You interact daily with different people and departments in a dynamic technical production environment.
