Fabrication Staging - Foreman/Lead Scope of work Applicants will be required to deliver (if necessary) materiel to job site, offload using reach forklift/crane and distribute to the floor/area as required. The loads will consist of ductwork; mechanical piping; HVAC equipment; ladders; scissor lifts and any/all misc. items. Compliance & Safety Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Wear appropriate PPE at all times on the jobsite or in the warehouse. Prevent unsafe conditions by promptly reporting hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe practices. Required Skills & Abilities Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy materials consistently throughout the shift. Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, including construction sites and warehouses. Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications (Will train if necessary) Previous experience in construction and/or material handling. Reach forklift or equipment operation experience Clean Driving Record Able to drive flatbed truck and/or truck w/24'trailer Ability to read plans (spool/map sheets) Rigging qualification Crane signals Working Conditions Exposure to loud environments, heavy machinery, outdoor weather, and active construction operations. Open to working shift work (afternoon/overnight, etc) Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods.
