2nd Shift Turret Operator (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) Join our team on 2nd shift and operate a Turret Truck to safely pick, pull, move, stage, and put away palletized products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping operations running smoothly while following all company safety policies and procedures. What You'll Do Safely operate a turret truck to pick, pull, stage, and put away products throughout the warehouse. Accurately label orders by recording order numbers, receiver names, and case quantities on all pulled orders, pallets, boxes, bins, and packages. Pull customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet productivity and service expectations. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect pick tickets immediately to leadership. Assist with freight movement, product replenishment, and inventory location tasks after order selection is completed. Identify and report damaged pallets or other safety concerns to supervisors. Complete daily equipment inspections and forklift maintenance checklists. Monitor battery levels, maintain and clean batteries, and properly return equipment to designated charging stations. Operate additional material handling equipment as needed. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. What We're Looking For Previous turret truck operating experience required. Ability to work overtime, weekends, and a flexible schedule as business needs dictate. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to lift and move at least 40 lbs. regularly. Comfortable working in warehouse environments that may range from -20°F in cold storage to 100°F in dry storage, with company-provided PPE. Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and varying noise levels, which may be loud at times.
