The Senior Technical Program Manager partners with data engineering, product, operations, security, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical program requirements, assess feasibility and sequencing, resolve cross-project issues, and recommend delivery tradeoffs and corrective actions. Although this role does not perform the technical build directly, it applies strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and data integration concepts—including file feeds, interfaces, APIs, data pipelines, validation, and production readiness—to challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and deliver measurable client and operational outcomes. Developing Trust - Gains others' confidence by acting with integrity and following through on commitments; treats others and their ideas with respect and supports them in the face of challenges. Takes Initiative - Takes prompt action to accomplish goals and achieve results beyond what is required; is proactive and pursues relentlessly. Technical Program Management - Independently leads a portfolio of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives from strategy and intake through release, production stabilization, and outcome realization; establishes program governance and owns roadmaps, scope, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, change control, executive communication, and delivery tradeo ffs.
