The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Engineering Department. The role coordinates maintenance activities, work orders, schedules, records, and communication to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel's facilities and equipment Coordinate daily engineering activities and maintenance schedules. Receive, record, and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders. Maintain engineering documents, reports, and equipment maintenance records. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely maintenance services. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on completion. Assist in preparing monthly reports and tracking maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and procedures.
