Research and resolve customer inquiries, pre-sales questions, and post-sales issues accurately and promptly. Serve as the primary connection between customers, suppliers, and internal Arrow teams (field sales, engineering, purchasing, and marketing). Oversee the complete quotation, ordering, and fulfillment lifecycle for key suppliers and clients. Manage demand creation, contracts, returns, invoicing, and joint performance calls with suppliers and clients to drive key metrics. Who We’re looking for +4 years of experience in similar roles, Sales Support Advanced English skills (Conversational and written). Experience with Quoting process. Experience with ERP systems. Salesforce knowledge is a plus. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.
