What you’ll do Manage a team of 3–5 direct reports across a cross-functional group Manage internal sales targets and drive results to meet revenue goals Manage customer service and costing processes Identify and pursue growth opportunities and protect incumbent base Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth Assist with developing presentations for major customers and prospects Utilize data analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements Define and monitor KPIs, providing regular reports to leadership Travel up to 25% What you need Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; combination of education and experience are acceptable Minimum 3 years of experience in sales operations leadership Strong analytical and data-driven mindset Excellent leadership and communication skills Experience with CRM/ERP tools and advanced Excel skills Must be a U.S. Citizen Familiarity with electronics assembly processes Salary Range: $120,300.00-$160,400.000 The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
