Maintain momentum and accountability without adding unnecessary process or reporting burden. Financial & Business Analysis: Partner with Finance and functional leaders to translate operational decisions into financial implications and business outcomes. Build and challenge business cases, investment analyses, scenarios and cost-benefit assessments. Connect strategic initiatives to growth, margin, cost, productivity, working capital, capacity, headcount and investment requirements. Analyze actual and forecast performance to identify emerging gaps, risks, opportunities and trade-offs. Distill complex financial and operational information into concise leadership insights and recommendations. Data, Analytics & AI Enablement: Use data and analytics to frame problems, test hypotheses, evaluate alternatives and strengthen strategic recommendations. Experience supporting enterprise or functional strategy, long-range planning, portfolio governance or strategic finance. Experience with Power BI and enterprise collaboration, roadmapping or portfolio-management platforms such as Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Teams or Smartsheet. Demonstrated application of generative AI, AI-assisted analysis or automated workflows in an enterprise environment. Relevant certification or training in program/project management, Agile, Lean Six Sigma or change management. Required Skills & Competencies: Strategic problem solving: Frames the right questions, creates structure from ambiguity, tests assumptions and develops practical recommendations. Execution discipline: Converts decisions into clear ownership, milestones and follow-through; anticipates risks and closes loops. Financial and analytical judgment: Connects operational choices to financial outcomes and distinguishes meaningful signals from reporting noise. AI-enabled productivity: Uses modern AI tools thoughtfully to improve speed, quality, synthesis and scalability while applying sound judgment and enterprise safeguards. Influence and relationship navigation: Builds trust, integrates diverse perspectives and advances work without direct authority. Executive communication: Synthesizes complexity into concise, decision-ready narratives, visuals and recommendations. Learning agility and ownership: Quickly develops business context, operates independently and demonstrates sound judgment in unfamiliar situations. Quality and accountability: Maintains high standards for accuracy, detail, responsiveness and completion. Measures of Success: Leaders have clearer choices and higher-quality information for strategic decisions. Strategic priorities translate into executable plans with clear ownership, milestones, investment requirements and measures of success. Financial and operational implications are visible before decisions are made. Cross-functional programs progress faster because risks, dependencies and stakeholder issues are surfaced and resolved early.
